What is your return policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Foxly purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted at any time within 15 days of receipt.

Please email help@pachasoap.com to initiate a return or exchange.

All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

U.S. orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. The product total must be $50 or more after any discount is applied to earn free shipping.
